It’s the 6th of May; the day after Cinco de Mayo and we are going to…you guessed it…Mexico!! Unfortunately, Cinco de Mayo fell on a Sunday and we are all frugal cheapskates who don’t have access to the parks on weekends, holidays, and weeks during Christmas and Spring Break with the Pixie Pass! December 2023 – Tequila Bar
We had big plans for December…but as often happens, life got in the way! Debbie had family come visit her and Lexi and the crew headed to Connecticut mid-month so we just couldn’t make a dinner work. What could we make work? The tequila bar in Mexico, of course. La Cava del Tequila is a tiny little hole in the wall inside the Mexico pavilion. There’s usually a wait for the tables, but you can pop your name on the list at the hostess stand and wander until it’s your turn OR stand at the bar.
